A meeting summoned by Malawi President Bingu wa Mutharika on Saturday with lecturers and students of the Chancellor College and the Polytechnic, two constituent colleges of the University of Malawi, at the centre of a protracted wrangle over academic freedom in the southern African country, looks uncertain as the President did not want some lecturers to attend.
