Health Sector Wide Approach (SWAP) was the major sector reform ever happened to Malawi Healthcare Delivery System against traditional project/specific disease control in 2004. Currently two other major sectors, agriculture and education have also embraced the reform in their respective sectors. This is one of the milestone in the history of public sector reforms which has created a benchmark within the Malawi Public Sectors!!
