A Malawian soldier has been fired from the army after posting a political comment on social networking site Facebook. The soldier was fired last week after posting that he “supports” the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), acting chief of staff and Malawi defence force spokesman Brigadier Clement Namangale told the local Sunday Times.
